Companies may apply to the program or be invited by xNova VC, and participation reflects xNova VC’s conviction in the company’s potential and its ability to add value, subject to ongoing alignment.

xNova Orbit Program is a high-touch, founder-aligned engagement designed to complement—not distract from—a company’s core execution. Rather than following a fixed program, curriculum, or timeline, xNova Orbit Program focuses on the areas where founders can benefit most, while opening access to relevant ecosystem perspectives, domain insight, and trusted market signals. xNova VC’s role is to help founders align trajectory and support the company’s successful entry into a sustainable growth orbit.

Support is tailored to each company’s stage and priorities, and may include:

• Investment readiness and diligence-style deep dives
• Business model and go-to-market review 
• Fundraising and capital strategy, including lead-investor positioning and key term considerations
• Refinement of fundraising narrative and core materials 
• Selective, light-touch access to relevant ecosystem participants—such as operators, partners, customers, and investors—for targeted feedback and perspective
• Founder-level advisory aligned with near-term objectives and long-term direction

Through Orbit, founders gain a thoughtful partner in shaping strategy, positioning, and market engagement, while xNova VC develops early insight and conviction grounded in real-world ecosystem signals. Where there is mutual interest, xNova VC may pursue a future investment with preferential terms (such as a discount or warrant), introduce selected investors or strategic participants from its network, or coordinate a co-investment vehicle to support equity financing.

xNova Orbit Program is not a formal accelerator, incubator, or paid advisory program. It is voluntary, selective, and fee-free.
