Chris (Yonghui) is a Silicon Valley–based AI investor, entrepreneur, and ecosystem builder with over 20 years of experience across AI product development, technology commercialization, and early-stage investing. He brings deep experience in cross-border entrepreneurship and global team leadership, and backs technically differentiated teams building durable, AI-native companies with long-term potential.
Chris joined Vobile Group at its earliest stage and helped grow the company from startup to a global technology leader, leading to its successful public listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX: 03738). He later joined the founding team at Cicada Speech and went on to build Silicon Valley Innovation Academy (SVIA), supporting founders through angel investing, strategic advisory, and ecosystem access.
At xNova VC, Chris serves as Managing Partner, leading the firm’s overall strategy and founder partnerships. He also spearheads the development of xNova’s ecosystem platform, including the Founding Council and LP Operator Network. Together, this practitioner-led network enables xNova to support founders beyond capital — helping exceptional teams shine from ignition to orbit.

Suzie is a seasoned investor and operator with over 20 years of experience spanning venture capital, finance, and company building across the U.S. and China. She has led investments, served on boards, and partnered closely with founding teams from early stages through IPOs and public-company acquisitions. At xNova VC, Suzie focuses on investment execution, while also working side by side with founders and the xNova team to help companies build momentum, find their orbit, and rise through each stage of growth.
Before xNova, Suzie held senior leadership roles in investment and financial services, gaining deep experience in scaling organizations and navigating complex markets.
An avid traveler and endurance athlete, Suzie enjoys long-distance hiking, backpacking, cycling, and running. She finds inspiration in nature and draws energy from pushing personal boundaries — values she brings to her work with founders every day.
